one week since i last posted anything...
well a simple and quick update to tell you guys what i've been up to..
THANKS TO THE X-trainers CHALLENGE,
i've been forcing myself to run and build up my stamina...
no matter how much i may dislike running...
How can a fat boy run well i ask you.
oh well...

so for like from tues to friday,i've been running every night..
5k is my usual distance... but only on tues night i sprinted for 1.6k?
(don't ask me how accurate the distance is.. there were markers on the floor)
timing for 5k so far is 25mins...
ANYONE KNOWS IF THIS A GOOD TIMING?!

well.. then on sat, went for sea training.. it's been a really long time..
since i last went for sea training...but it's really tougher now...
cause we've got a race coming up in Sept and selection starts now.
i wanna secure my place in the freaking boat...
did so much rowing, my hand ain't smooth no more!
and rowing so much can give you intense pain i swear...

oh well... another week's gone by...
and i still have many things i wanna do.
but AS USUAL.. I R LAZY!

please someone slap me real hard i need to wake up.
(i can see many of you raising your hands now..TSK.)

SAT - went to bugis after training...
met Cheryl and Eunice (her sister) for shopping...
tell me when girls get money to spend on shopping,
MUST THEY OVERSPEND? i'm just curious... hahah
and Eunice sure has weird friends...(hope she's not reading)
hahah.. the sisters are cartoon.. i swear... hahaha

SUN (today) - CHURCH! wow.. haven't had small group in a longgg time.
missed adriel's pep talk man... he never fails to set me thinking...
guess that's good... i've been feeling dry.. i need water and nourishment..
in the form of more bible studies and bible reading...

nights you all..
i'll catch some shut eye before the WC finals...

well.. haven't really been posting things..
it's just that i haven't been doing much these few days...
really tired and all though.. hahah..
oh wells...

oh today went church..had service at the main church..
and from where i was sitting...
there wasn't a good view at all...
CHESSEBALLS....
oh man...

i really need to start running and training up my stamina..
X-trainer's 10km charity run is coming up..
on national day... so i better be fit by then...
i need my stamina and endurance up...
but my leg's kinda like a little messed up...
TSK!
i feel like running in the mizuno fun run..
hahhaha.. free stuff man...
well not really have to like pay a fee of 10 bucks...
but i get good deals in return...
should i should i? anyone up for it with me?

well after a one week hiatus..
i'm back...
with nothing much to say...
i mean.. what can i say? hahahah..

well cheryl just came back from HK, and she bought me 2 nice shirts!
hahaha..Thanks again!

oh well... she came back on sat morning...
and i've met up with her.. I"M HAPPY!
anyway... school's starting tomorrow...

yes.. that's it.. i can hear the groans and the whining of many out there.
you think i'm in poly and i don't mind school starting...
ok.. well you guys thought wrong...
i'm totally tired.. and i don't want school to start...
but then again..
work helps me to kill time...
and well.. i need to find time to get back to doing my quiet time...
SIGH... no close walk with god, no peace...

ps: my irritated nose which ever so easily succumbs to flu is pissing me off.

Went swimming with gabriel,
got a tan and then went for lunch with him..
before going for a church meeting..
Couldn't really concentrate...
cause i was really really really tired...

then went for buffet dinner..
was my uncle's birthday...
gosh.. i swear the resturant has bad food...
hahaha.. all of us are having stomach ache...
if you wanna know which resturant it is, come ask me.
i don't wanna be sued for defamatory remarks here...

i'm really tireddddddddd....
and my ass hurts from bombing the toilet.. hahaha

I am so unhappy with today..
Started great. Met the X-trainers..
well some of them.
Alex, Hans, Wayne and Steph..
All of them are truly lovely people.

Thanks for coming down to help you guys!

without you girls, no design at all.. hahah
anyway, i'm glad we had fun while painting.. hahah
I'm so sorry i had to leave..
Shouldn't have left anyway...
my soccer match was messed up..
Should've skipped the match.

As for the match,yeah it's totally screwed up..
Lost the game.. FOR THE FREAKING FIRST TIME...
the first time against that team that is..
No communication, No effort, No heart, NO NOTHING...
i didn't even feel like playing..
i feel kinda upset now that i'm talking about it.
i totally didn't commit myself to the game.

Anyway, the first half, i only came on towards the last 20 mins..
when i came on, lincoln immediately passed the ball to me..
I haven't even touched it, when i got tackled by this junkie.
He totally slide my ankle from behind. Injured my leg again.
I got pissed. NO ONE CALLED FOR FOUL...
so i just got up straight and took a shot.

Second half.. Jit min is a dick.. totally..
Po asked him to play in the centre..
For those of you who doesn't know the meaning,
playing in the centre means you play in the centre of your defence if you're a defender, if you're a striker, you play the centre striker's role..
JIT MIN BEING A DEFENDER played in the centre of the field.
Now i don't blame you all who know nuts about soccer.
But jit being someone who understands played so dumbly.
We leaked the opponents too many a time...
I got pissed and kinda played dirty...

CALVIN CHEONG, i'm sorry..
sorry i kicked your leg and gave you bruises...
really sorry.

Today's a crap day.. i feel like sleeping and just waking up
to another glorious day to whatever it may bring.
but i'll still give thanks.
